Whether you've got a big recruitment campaign or are just starting out, our flexible pricing means we have a plan that works for you! Our assessment range is available either Per Candidate, Per Vacancy or with an Annual Unlimited Use Subscription.

The number of candidates you are looking to assess, the number of employees you have and the number of vacancies you typically recruit for determines the most effective solution. Our advisor will help you to determine the optimum solution for your requirements. Either way, it's reassuring to know that our assessments pay for themselves if they help prevent just one poor hiring decision in a year!

Pricing Examples

Here are some examples just to give you an idea of our flexibility and affordability when it comes to using PeopleClues assessments. There are many possible variations so please do let us know what your requirements are and we'll create a bespoke quotation to match your requirements.

Example 1 - Candidate Short List

Situation: You have already identified a short list of candidates that you want to interview and want to assess the candidates to provide you with additional insight prior to interview.

Number of Candidates: 5

Number of Vacancies: 1

Solution: Per Candidate

Example 2 - Recruitment Campaign

Situation: You have very few vacancies per year but want to assess a large number of candidates for a new job role.

Number of Candidates: 20+

Number of Vacancies: 1

Solution: Per Vacancy

Example 3 - Annual Recruitment

Situation: You have a number of different vacancies that you anticipate recruiting for over the course of a year and want to assess all candidates for all jobs as they apply.

Number of Candidates: 15+ per month

Number of Vacancies: 5 per annum

Solution: Unlimited Use Subscription

Please note: This is our entry level unlimited use subscription, typically for a company with a headcount of 25 employees in the organisation.
